Sanjay Parmar

Founder & president

It is with great pleasure that we introduce Mr. Sanjay Parmar, the esteemed President of YEN – Youth Empowerment Network Charitable Trust. Mr. Sanjay is an accomplished professional with an impressive educational background, having completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Human Resources.

With over 14 years of diverse experience in brand building, business development, and organizational growth, Mr. Sanjay has continually demonstrated his exceptional leadership and strategic vision. He served as the Founder & Director of several successful ventures, including Kingsun Technology, Study Store, and STE Fashion Pvt Ltd, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of business dynamics.

Mr. Sanjay’s commitment to social causes is evident in his role as the President of YEN, where he strives to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. His multifaceted experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, combined with his unwavering passion for service and development, makes him a dynamic leader dedicated to furthering the mission of our organization.

Komal Parmar

VICE PRESIDENT

We are honored to introduce the Vice-President of our Non-Profit Welfare Organization, Mrs.Komal Parmar, a dynamic leader with a strong academic background and over 11 years of diverse experience in Human Resources and Finance. Mrs.Komal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Human Resources, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive impactful change within both the corporate and non-profit sectors.

With a wealth of experience in various HR functions and Strategic Business Development, She has played a key role in shaping organizational success. Their expertise in finance further complements their well-rounded leadership approach, ensuring both operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Currently, Mrs Komal serves as the Vice President at YEN, a position through which they are deeply committed to empowering women and promoting women’s welfare. Driven by a vision to create positive change, she is a dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment, with a strong focus on advancing opportunities and support for women in all spheres of life.
