REFUND POLICY

(Youth Empowerment Network – YEN)

1. Introduction

Youth Empowerment Network (YEN) is a registered charitable trust committed to transparency and ethical use of funds. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which donations may be refunded.

2. Voluntary Donations

All donations made to YEN are voluntary contributions intended to support social welfare programs such as skill development, youth empowerment, education support, and community initiatives.

3. Non-Refundable Nature of Donations

As a general rule, donations made to YEN are non-refundable, since funds are allocated promptly toward ongoing social programs and operational activities.

4. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate transaction due to technical error
  • Incorrect donation amount entered accidentally
  • Unauthorized payment made using donor’s payment method

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, donors must provide:

  • Full name
  • Transaction ID
  • Date of donation
  • Reason for refund request

6. Refund Approval & Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days using the original payment method.

7. Final Decision

YEN reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on verification and organizational policies.
